Feel more than welcome thanks to the friendly and professional staff. Large rooms with full comfort. Excellent restaurant with a nice wine list (glass or bottles). Amazing view. All spa facilities ( 2 small indoor pools and 1 small and a large outdoor swinning pool, sauna…). Excellent quality/price. It was our third stay at this hotel. Meanwhile this place had become for us a mandatory stop for 3-4 days between Tuscany and Belgium

Overall a wonderful stay, the staff was really great with good intel about the area around the hotel and a personal treatment. The resort helped us book bikes to go around the area which was lovely. They also helped us book a wine tasting at Ferraris that we really enjoyed. We look forward becoming back in the near future! Beat regards

    Our expectations were far exceeded. The staff is friendly. The building has a dilapidated charm that seemed depressing to us. All the facilities are at the level of a three-star hotel. The prices in the Michelin restaurant are not at all commensurate with the quality and are more reminiscent of a rip-off. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel at all.

    Breakfast and dinners at the bistro were very good. Staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. The maitre d'hotel Simo was always present to ensure all run very smoothly. He certainly brings a touch of warmth as his passion for hospitality transpires.

    The setting is wonderful, tranquil, panoramic, historic with lovely gardens. The suite was roomy the hotel service exceptionally and provided without fuss. Several choices/levels of eateries were available which was ideal to suit ones appetite and mood.
