From check-in to check-out the service we received at Hotel Conte Ruggero was exceptional. We travelled with two little kids.The rooms were very clean and tidy, service staff serviced the room daily, breakfast was so lovely with a beautiful view over the Main Street, and above all Rachel and Pasquale were so very kind and helpful. They both went above to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our stay at Hotel Conte Ruggero made our stay at Serra San Bruno. the town is a hidden gem! 10/10 in every aspect. We cannot wait to return.

The town location was fabulous. There was a real authentic charm about the house and the town. The history surrounding the house was palpable...I could almost feel the presence of the owner's grandparents.

    Awesome mountain town of about 6600 people, beautiful...

    Awesome mountain town of about 6600 people, beautiful churches and the towns main attraction is the Certosa. About 1.5km walk from the city centre. A must see . Great restaurants and excellent coffee bars throughout the centre. Friendly people. Every Thursday there is a huge outdoor market that has everything imaginable.

    It is a small, carefully run hotel in the city centre. The room had a nice view of the picturesque old houses and the hotel has a wonderful quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is in the center of town, it was possible to park very close to the hotel. A stone's throw away are several options of where to go for dinner. We could only stay one night unfortunately as we were doing a sightseeing tour of Calabria. We would have really liked to have stayed longer at this place.

    Hotel is located next to the busy road. Room was cold when checked in due to rainy day, with no option to switch heating on. Air conditioner was very noisy and was switching on during the night. No remote control in the room to set/ control temperature. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

    Located right in the centre of Serra San Bruno with many restaurants close by, Pasquale is very helpful and will do anything to help. Rooms clean and beds very comfortable.
