We loved our stay from the moment we arrived, with a perfect check in experience. The staff took note of my birthday during our stay and made it super special. The breakfast was also great, with the best cappucino we had in Italy. The entire staff was extremely nice, and a special thank you to our shuttle driver who drove us safely and timely, always with a huge smile on 🙏

The handsome gentelman in the reception was so kind and helpful. He advised what to do and where to go in Florance. He even gave me a bus ticket.After checking out, I safely left my luggage there until five oclock. The beautiful woman in the reception was also cheerful and polite. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The room has a private balcony.

The hotel has private parking. Rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast offered a good variety of food (though it could have had more cheese). Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant on site, so you can dine at the hotel if you wish. The garden next to the restaurant is very cozy, with a fountain where you can relax. The room had a large TV.

It was really nice and cozy hotel. Hotel staff gave in advance detailed instructions how to get there and it was very easy. Breakfast was amazing too. Bust stop was in 2 minute walking and you could get directly to city center
