    The place I stayed was great, the owner was so sweet that...

    The place I stayed was great, the owner was so sweet that she was willing to give me a ride to the train station by my departure. The breakfasts that she made was very delicious and at the time I needed (for Tuscany tour i needed to leave at 6:30am instead of regular breakfast at 7:30am) she prepared it for me. Only some minus I would give to a distance from the train station to the property. But from other hand it was a good exercise:)

    I had a very disappointing experience at IBIS. There was no proper hot water, no functional heating system, and the Wi-Fi in my room was practically unusable. One morning, I even had to go to the office without bathing due to the lack of hot water – completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer comfort and convenience. Definitely not up to the mark, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they fix these basic amenities

    I spent one night at the Novotel Firenze Nord Airport. Check in was nice due to very professional and friendly Staff. Overall good experience as the Hotel is well located close to the Airport and offer all necessary service for a Family with a small dog.

    the gardens were nice and the history of the property was great. the beds were average. you need to like hard beds. the location is ideal. a market was in Centro when we were there and area for food is great.
