Max is super host and the apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed here. The train station is 15 minutes by walk - you can easily get to the centre of Palermo.

What a place! Not only the style and design but also the atmosphere created by the personnel who work passionately and are extremely helpful! The place is stunning, the garden is well-maintained, and breakfast offers local food and ingredients served in a breathtaking dining area. We arrived with an electric car which was fully charged (free of charge) at the parking assigned to the villa. The place is safe, and rooms are spacious and clean, with a wide selection of amenities.

Absolute gem! Warm welcome, beautiful, high-quality interior design, wonderful art, great room with outdoor hot tub! Delicious breakfast! One of the best omlet's ever had! And of course fresh local orange juice :) We loved our stay and we will definitely recommend to others. Everyone was friendly and professional. Private parking was also a bonus.

Great Hotel with a beautiful, amazing view on Palermo. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms big enough and very clean. Great restaurant for lunch and evening dinner. Nice jacuzzi and swimming pool. We would like to have maybe more vegetables for breakfast, other than that everything is perfect. We would highly recommend this place well worth staying. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located quite a ways from the city center, but offers a safe parking lot at the entrance to the hotel. There was a neighborhood within a few minutes walk that does have some restaurants and pharmacies, etc. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful.

    I visited this place with my friend, where we stayed at b&b una terrazza sul golfo. It was a beautiful quaint town next to the sea. The people were welcoming, and greeted us every time we passed the main street. We felt very much at home there, I’d love to go back.

    The hotel is not renewed and not too comfortable but….. THE VIEW!!! OH MY!!! THE VIEW!!!! They have been so lovely to upgrade us to a sea view room and it was just amazing! And the sunset!!!! Seriously… just these were worth every penny. Great and clean swimming pool, staff absolutely helpful and polite, always with a smile! If the rooms are not so nice… it is not an issue, believe me! We’ll definitely be back!

    Super nice B&B, friendly and very helpful staff, clean and big rooms, good breakfast. Location is really nice, close to everything. Walls/windows block out most noise from the streets, residents from the same building do make a lot of noise but this seems to be an Italian/Sicilian thing 😅 we had this at all our accommodations during our Sicily trip. I would definitely recommend this B&B and would return 😁👌🏼

    Nice little town with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Handy for Palermo and the surrounding area, including the airport. Plenty of treats at the apartment, coffee, cake, biscuits, fruit.
