Everything was perfect! The hosts are so kind and welcoming. They waited for us to hand over and show us the apartment. The apartment is immaculate. So clean and well stocked. There was everything we could have needed plus beautifully decorated. We’d score it higher if we could. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very kind and welcoming staff. Room was big, comfortable and bright, furniture was new. Got a surprise room upgrade. Everything was spotless and clean. Strongly recommend. Perfect room. Lovely stay.

Wonderful staff! Florentino went way beyond - prior to our stay she answered many questions about the bus from Bibbiena to Della Verna and even purchased bus tickets for us! The hotel was lovely, lots of character, comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast had lots of variety....cheese, meat, cereal, yogurt, breads, sweet breads, fruit, espresso. Highly recommended!
