Location is a bit out of the main road, but in the hills with a lot of peace and quiet. Reception and staff were amazing, everything was super clean. Price includes streaming services on the TV in the room like Netflix and prime video. Owner let us sit and take pictures in the formula car in front of the building.

Stunning B&B located in the pitoresque Romagna hills, 20 minutes from the seaside. - everything is beautifully decorated, seemingly taken right out of an interior design magazine - the beds are supremly comfortable - we've had fantastic sleep - the room and the bathroom both have full wood exterior blinds -> you can make your room pitch dark (very important for us) - the house is well insulated, despite being very warm outside, we did not have to turn the AC on (there is AC, of course) - the pool is breautiful, and is heated to 27 degerees - there is ample parking available - there is a ROSEMARY HEDGE! - Paola, our wonderful host, is very welcoming and warm - we felt like family. Her breakfast, snacks, and HOME MADE cakes are absolutely delicious and made with love; coffee is amazing! Paola's own wine is a MUST TRY! She also recommended fantastic non-touristic restaurants in the Romagna countryside and helped us make reservations, for which we are very thanksful! - the whole B&B has only 4 rooms, which we loved! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ => bottom line: 4 nights felt like 2 weeks, we will return at least once every year!

These apartments are super nice and cozy with a beautiful atmosphere. We found everything we needed during our one-night stay. The breakfast was good, and the small city is absolutely beautiful, featuring a nearby Michelin-recommended restaurant. Highly recommend!

    I cannot recommend this premises for the lack of customer...

    I cannot recommend this premises for the lack of customer service, the lack of facilities. The person I had the majority of contact with never told me her name or position. I have no idea if she was the manager or owner. I mean over several interactions she did not mention her name or role.

    The accommodation was outstanding.

    The accommodation was outstanding. Especially the host Gustavo and Crina welcomed us with great hospitality and open arms. We were shown around the land by Gustavo with his Jeep multiple times and learned about the land. It was highly interesting and we learned a lot and enjoyed every conversation. The house was the perfect getaway from the busy city and great heat. It was relaxing to look over the beautiful mountain side and we will definitely come back next year to experience such a sweet time. Gustavo also makes his own champagne, that we we’re lucky enough to try, and it was delicious - :) Definitely a big recommendation for a time to relax and feel at home!
