Lovely staff! The customer care seems to be the most important target for the owner. Good breakfast, overall compared with the category of the hotel (3 stars). The waitress Oksana is very gentle. The location is perfect for visinting the amusement park like Gardaland that is far not more than 2 Km.

The owners, mum and daughter, really local, they worry about all the details you would need, information, you feel like home 100% Property is clean, you have private parking ( all blue parking around) silent, in the city centre, all perfect!     Very nice farm stay, cozy, in a strategic location, I will recommend it. Nice, big room. Nice pool to relax. The staff was extra helpful and polite!! Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty, breakfast was good. The whole experience there was so rewarding and relaxing.

    The room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. We liked the possibility of late arrival at the facility. The hotel's location is otherwise convenient for exploring the surroundings of Lake Garda. Special praise goes to Mrs. Stefania who gave us many recommendations for exploring the lake and helped us with the transfer to the next location. A few days after our departure, she even contacted us to ask if we had successfully arrived, which is something you don't experience every day.

    Casa Bilum is a very beautiful, spacious new apartment. Equipped with everything you might need. Located in a cute small town near Verona and Lago di Garda. Beautiful views over the landscape and mountains. Very kind and helpful hosts who gave us such good tips about restaurants and excursions in the area and even lend us some toys for our children. Thank you!
