Sulmona ws a really nice, off the beaten path town to visit...
Sulmona ws a really nice, off the beaten path town to visit in Italy. It is the "home" of confetti, candied covered almonds, etc. We were able to tour museum factory where they have made these since the early 1700s. Their always seems an event in Sulmona which makes the visit extra special, the city has numerous restaurants and bars.
