Perfect communication even though we booked very last minute. Rooms top with all comfort. Honesty bar available with great selection. Breakfast one of the best I have seen in Italy. Next door’s restaurant is fantastic (even though we had to take away since it was fully booked). Massimo fixed a table in his hotel for us to be able to eat there, much appreciated.

Manuela is a fantastic host. She was helpful, friendly and fun! And sent us on our way with fresh boiled eggs she had just collected from her hens. Dinner was fantastic and so was breakfast. Our room was comfortable, great bed, and her dog moon is awesome. We are cycling the Via Francigena and had problems with one of our bikes. She called a nearby bike shop who agreed to help us and she gave us great advice on an alternate route leaving from the shop that avoided a big climb. She was also patient and helpful with our rudimentary Italian. Highly recommend.

Very quiet and beautifully arranged environment, cozy country-style house, especially clean and comfortable apartments, where you can find everything you need. And the most important thing is the extremely hospitable and caring landlord, which makes you feel at home. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

Loved the authenticity of Rocca ! Elena and Yakimo (I have definitely spelt this wrong) were super great hosts, so accommodating and made us feel very welcome! They gave us a tour of the area and explained the history of the houses which was super interesting! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet country stay.
