This is a hotel with standard rooms. As it is by a main road, we were able to have a room away from this. The staff were extremely pleasant and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was copious and of good quality. Another nice point was the email sent to us after leaving, wishing us good journeys and other pleasant visits.

We had some issues with our rental car when we arrived after driving from Fiumicino Airport. We had to return to Rome to get a new car, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful – they even arranged transportation and personally drove us back to Rome. So kind and helpful! We can truly recommend this little hotel – the staff is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is just great. A really warm and welcoming place!

    While the hotel's services are okay, it's clear that it...

    While the hotel's services are okay, it's clear that it needs updating. The bed, sheets, and towels are worn out, and the shower is hard to reach. The bathroom layout is awkward, and the air conditioning didn't work, so we had to open the window, which made it noisy at night. We're grateful they removed the charge for one dinner plate, but overall, the hotel is a bit expensive for what you get, especially considering others in the area. On the upside, they have an electric car charging station and plenty of parking, which is convenient.

    There are some good hotels.

    There are some good hotels. Good variety of eating places with very good choice of food. Half hour from Marco Simone Golf Club. Terme on site. Good starting point to visit Rome and the surrounding area.

    Good parking, easy to find, not far from Autostrada. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable with a good bathroom and a comfortable bed. It’s a 3 star hotel with no illusions of being anything grander. It’s convenient for the Villa Adriana which was magnificent. We found a good sushi restaurant and a very nice restaurant serving local cuisine nearby. There is also a large supermarket within walking distance. It was interesting to experience living in a ‘real’ Italian neighbourhood rather than a tourist enclave.
