Wow - this is such a gorgeous place to stay. Staying in a historical building but with state of the art bathroom, super large TV with Netflix etc. the super king bed was so comfortable. It was beautifully quiet and yet only a 5 min walk to great restaurants and it’s an easy stroll to Vila D’Este The arrangements to collect the keys works perfectly and we were able to drop off the luggage early Sara, the host really goes that extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. There’s a lovely breakfast area with nespresso maker, toast, jam etc and a nice selection of complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. In the bathroom there are all the toiletries you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. In short if you’ve going to Tivoli book in here 👍😊

Staying in a 16th century palazzo with some original tiling and ceiling deco is quite exciting. Marco takes excellent care and is friendly and helpful: picked up from and drove us back to the train station, made us dinner reservations. Very comfy bed and very quiet in huge room in huge apartment.

Regina Guest House is centrally located in lovely Tivoli, our stay there was very enjoyable especially since Filippo our host was so accommodating. The facility is decorated beautifully with antique furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were very nice. The building has a large terrace overlooking a lovely plaza that had a great local market with fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers. Filippo provided breakfast at a local cafe and recommended restaurants and local sights to visit. He also graciously arranged for taxi transport from and to the train station. We highly recommend this B&B and would definitely return.

    Villa d’Este was amazing and had waterfalls to rival Palace of Versailles. The walk through Villa Gregoriana gardens down the side of the hill to the bottom of the waterfalls was a solid hike and not for the feeble. Definitely take a couple of hours to visit Hadrian’s Villa (aka Villa Adriana) which had amazing historical half crumbling palace and ornamental lake.

    Parking at Massimo easy to use and always spaces, underground part as well. Plenty of restaurants and cafes, Taverna Dracula and Mom's fantastic. Best foccaccia ever at cafe near the bridge. Villa D'Este, Hadrians Villa and Hercules temple all on one ticket which lasts 3 days for €30, well worth it.

    Went to see the villas Gregoria, Adriana and D'este.

    Went to see the villas Gregoria, Adriana and D'este. I would not recommend Gregoria personally. In a deep valley, hundreds of stairs to climb, waterfall can be seen from one vantage point as can temples. Didnt think worth the time or money. Adriana interesting because of ruins. Three different lenghts of time offered to walk but with 36 degress thought 1.5 hours sufficient. Museum a must. The one villa that I thought superb was Villa D'este from the magnificent rooms and frescoes to the water features it was stunning. Lots of rooms - off rooms so need to look around and explore each part. Unfortunately to really get the best of the garden you need to travel down to the last level to appreciate it. Best to go early morning to avoid heat.

    We stayed at Al Catillo and was so close to everything. The restaurants were the best part of Tivoli as there were many to chose from and a great value. Beautiful town with very friendly locals. Everything was close enough to walk and shopping was great.

    I liked the area, lively, full of colour, lots of shops and restaurants and cafes. I particularly liked the Villa d'Este. The villa is stunningly beautiful and the gardens are lovely. Tivoli is easy to get around. If you stay near the centre , you cn walk everywhere. There are plenty of good places to eat.

    Well worth the visit.

    Well worth the visit. I stayed there to see Villa Adriana and Villa d'Este. Both were great, but Adriana in particular. I also liked the feel of Tivoli; despite having fairly famous visitor attractions (there is also Villa Gregoriana, although I did not explore that), it has a very "local" vibe.

    The property is in a great location, lots of restaurants nearby and very close to Villa D'Este. The rooms are a lovely mix of charm and modern and very clean. Filippo is a wonderful host, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax after a long day. Tivoli is a great place to visit and we would highly recommend Regina Tivoli Center as the place to stay.

    The owner was there to greet us and showed the house around. The location is in the old town centre and very close to Villa d'este. Amazing location and a very unique home. Internet was good and got the kids occupied when we come home from our daily trips. Tivoli was our base when we stayed in Italy. We travelled by train to Rome and speed train to Venice. Simply love it!

    Beautifully refurbished old palazzo in the old town of Tivoli. We had a spacious room and bathroom with small balcony. Short walk from Villa d’Este and Villa Gregoriano, and many restaurants. Host was exceptionally kind and helpful, and collected us from the station on a very wet evening.

    It was a great place to stay whilst in Tivoli. Central to everything, sights, restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day.

    This is the best accommodation in Tivoli. Sara is the perfect host keen to tell you all the interesting things to do in Tivoli, including the best restaurants, which by the way is Li Somari!!
