The family who owns this lovely place makes everything cozy and taking care of customers well. The room was super clean. Around the villa a lot of activities like hiking, you may to feed donkeys, horses or just relax at the swimming pool. They are dog friendly. I felt like at home in the country side. We got a delicious home-made breakfast with only regional products. The accomodation largely exceed our expectations as it was located on a high hill with a very beautiful panoramic 360° view. There was a lot of nature. We could hear the birds in the morning and even saw some deers in the distance.

Super host, very caring, friendly, nice tips on the beautiful environment. Super super breakfast. We had the cottage and it is fabulous. The pictures don't show how roomy it really is. Very nice bed, shower, kitchen, table, outside private terrace with only birds singing and bumblebees humming as a soundtrack. Stunning views. It is such a nice place to be. The area itself is typically volcanic ruffed. The house is very close to the famous Pietra Bismantova. We climbed it and saw snowtopped mountains of the Appenines and the whole area around for miles, visited a lovely mountain lake lago Calamone for example. Lots to see and do. Highly recommended!
