Great and beautiful country not only lake. Riva, Torbole, Limone and Malcesice are quiet and friendly cities. Siermione and Peschiera standard to visit. Enjoy there a nice views from Monte Baldo! Be aware that parking and travelling time can be horrible i summer season. Plan you trips to soon morning otherwise you spend hours in queues waiting for park space. For travelling from notrh to south use A22 highway. Travelling from Torbole to Peschiera around lake takes 2 hours (cyclists, willages, queues)Guest review byMartinCzech Republic - 10.0

Lovely little town, lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. Alot are minimum age 12 so we'd come back again when children older. Walking distance to Riva, and ferry is €3 to get back. Nearby Busatte-Tempesta trail a great way to see the lake from up high. Easy walk. Ample parking. Lots of great restaurants everywhere we are we had fabulous food. What a great town.
What a great town. It felt like a blend of Huntington Beach and Vail. We were late leaving Venice and decided to skip the drive around the lake so we could get there and check into the hotel by dinner time. The route from the Autostrada brings you into town on a steep drive from the mountains down to the lake. Driving through town you are immediately struck by all the mountain bikers and the Surf Shops. Our immediate reaction was "How can you surf on a lake?" As soon as you see the lake, the answer is obvious. Windsurfers and Kitesurfers love the lake. Watching them at breakfast from the table in Ristorante Aqua was a special treat. There are bike trails near town and along the lake, but they require sharing the road with cars in many places. We walked the streets and the beaches, browsed and purchased at local stores, had great meals, and spent an amazing afternoon on Lago di Garda courtesy of Adamas Boat Tours. It was very difficult to leave the town after 2 days. We hope to be back for a week in the future.Guest review byFischerUnited States - 10.0

new aparthotel, right on the shore of the lake, with a wonderful view of the surroundings, that alone is 10 stars. Fresh, new equipment, comfortable apartments, balconies overlooking the lake and the surrounding huge mountains. The staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is magnificent, competing with higher category hotels. Cleanliness, daily cleaning, all top 10! What I loved the most was the view — simply stunning! The hotel has direct access to the beach and the location is just perfect. There’s such a great vibe in the area, with people cycling, running, windsurfing and stand-up paddling. You can even rent bikes for free from the hotel, which was a really nice bonus. The owner organised pizzas for us at 11pm when everything was already closed. He ordered pizzas, got them with his motorbike, and served them on the terrace of his hotel.
