The owner is very friendly and kind, she is attentive to use organic and local products for a simple but delicious breakfast. She loves rescuing dogs so be aware of the presence of Leo and Tea: two mid sized dogs very friendly and well educated. The interior design is from the ‘70’s. The rooms are clean and very spacious.

In general, excellent hotel for one night stand when you travelling across Italy or from Italy to Austria and beyond.. Not in the city center, very good location - just right on the road. Restaurant is excellent! View is just amazing! Inside garden when you can have breakfast or just sit in front of your room - peaceful, calmful. Apartments itself are good, nice rooms, equipped by oven and other staff (didn't use it).

    From Trieste airport, it took us 38 minutes to drive. Tricesimo was a good spot to visit the Alps just 1 hour drive and the same time an other 1 hour from Trieste City. Slovenia and Austria where not far away.

    We spent only a very short time in Tricesi, there is one...

    We spent only a very short time in Tricesi, there is one typical Italian restaurant Trattoria Miculan in the center and one restaurant Gasthaus 'Heinz' in the style of Friuli-Julian cuisine - draft beer, steaks, grilled meat. We can recommend both for dinner.
