Really nice and spacious house, airconditioning, two bathrooms, everything set up great for the toddler. Wonderful! Chiara was extremely friendly and helpful. The garden and terrace with nice view over the lake is beautiful! Great place for a family, short walk along the lake to a large playground with good coffee for the parents.

Had requested early check in and lake view if possible and the had organized both for us. Lovely glamorous old hotel - gorgeous pool and outdoor area - nice Buffett breakfast. Splashed out their spa having a nice sauna Turkish bath. Awesome evening meal

Delightful to be met at the door by a friendly welcoming face. From there every staff member was friendly, helpful, professional and dressed immaculately. Rooms were bright, immaculate, simply furnished with comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast and dinner each night was delicious with again, cheerful, and well presented staff. Dinner menu had a good variety with dishes the chef created to send you to food heaven, love this hotel.

    Perfect for Malpensa - pity that there are no facilities...

    Perfect for Malpensa - pity that there are no facilities around the lake as we would have loved to have gone for a walk and sat at a bar having an aperativo enjoying the view. We did however find a bar on Via Guglielmo Marconi ton spend a few hours in.
