Very charming place, the terrasse overlooking the sea has a breathtaking view of the sea and great place to see the sunset. Room was very clean and we had a nice view of the castle, a glimpse of the sea and the village ! The owner Gian Is such a nice man, he came to meet us at the train station to help with the bags and show us the way to the property, Vernassa is a bit of a maze of stairs and tiny alleys so we we happy to have him guide us :-) He also helped us with restaurant reservations and made us feel right at home We will definitely come back !

Wow!!! While the walk up the narrow, winding passageways and steep steps to the apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues or giant suitcases, the view from the terrace is well worth your efforts. It is simply spectacular (better than the photos). One of the best views of the town in Vernazza. Communication with the owner was excellent (WhatsApp) making for a quick and smooth check-in/out. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable with a coffee machine and mini fridge. Very nice bathroom. You're also in the heart of Vernazza - just a short walk down to the heart of the town and to all the restaurants.

Location was amazing! Literally steps from the main square in Vernazza. Even though it was so close to the main square, it was very quiet with double glazed windows. Our host Barbara was lovely and met us for a tour of the apartment. The pantry and fridge were fully stocked with breakfast and other staples. I am planning on staying here again one day.

Adeline is a wonderful host—always attentive and incredibly helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns promptly, often replying almost immediately, and shared excellent tips on what to do and see in Cinque Terre. The apartment was lovely: beautifully decorated, well equipped with everything you might need, and boasting stunning views from the terrace. Having breakfast there each morning while enjoying the scenery was truly perfect. The location is convenient, though I would recommend having a car, as it’s about 3–4 km from Vernazza train station. The road is quite narrow and not suitable for walking due to traffic. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend staying at Rosmarino

My teenage daughter and I absolutely loved our four nights here. The location steps away from the train station made it easy to explore the Cinque Terre area. My favorite part was definitely the terrace, where we had breakfast and people-watched every morning before going across the street to the Lunch Box for cappuccino. Even during a busy week in July, the neighborhood quieted down at night. The apartment is spacious and so comfortable, and we were so glad we chose to stay in Vernazza. We were especially grateful to co-host Alex. He met us at the train station, got us situated, and gave us some tips on making the most of our time there. When we had a travel emergency after checking out, Alex went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

Spotlessly clean and well equipped in a fabulous location, this apartment enjoys stunning views and is right in the centre of the harbour area. The host, Lorenzo, was very friendly and helpful and is clearly justifiably proud of the property. It was the perfect base to explore Vernazza and the wider Cinque Terre and to return to, to get away from the crowds.

The property was situated in a beautiful, quiet yet still authentic part of Vernazza. It was lovely to be able to do a short walk into the town but feel far enough away from the noise. It’s across the road from the best lunch/dinner spot in town. Really enjoyed staying here and made our trip to Cinque Terre very pleasant.

The hotel is just off of the main street in Vernazza, super centrally located. The room I chose had a living area separate from the bedroom and bathroom which made the apartment feel super spacious and a few windows that you could open. There was a mini fridge and a coffee maker too.

Excellent accommodation in an old building in a lovely village. Stayed in the top floor which might not suit everyone but this is the case in most of Vernazza. Very central location and clean.
