This is a lovely house in a perfect location. The views are excellent, and the tranquility is priceless. Sylvain was a great host, always ready to accommodate our requests and help with local advice and recommendations. The beds are very comfortable, and the appliances in the house are all up to the latest standard. The bonus is the vine fridge stacked with local wines from the vineyard around the house. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a perfect 10 hotel. My very personal best of all. I would surely stay again once I will be in Valle d'Aosta. The view from the balcony towards the majestic Alp mountains and Fenis castle is breath-taking. I am still see it on my dreams. I am rather hard on my evaluation at general but believe my Genius level 3 status and take my word for it. If in July the spectacle and the whole hotel experience was flawless imagine what it will happen in wintertime when Valle d'Aosta puts "its nicest clothes on"... I will be a repeater. Grazie mille amici!!

    Amazing accommodation, very rare to find such a wonderful place. Everywhere is clean and comfortable. a-lot of kindness and care everywhere in the accommodation. Shared kitchen area is precious. This place is just perfect and I wish all hotels are like this. I would recommend, all other hotel owners to stay this place to learn how to run hospitality business.
