We arrived in the evening. The staff greeted us very helpfully. Showed special attention and service. Breakfast is unreal. Coffee, juice, sweet dishes.... The food and service are unreal.

Beautiful property!! Our room was upgraded & was very clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fabulous double bathroom. We loved it. Breakfast was wonderful with a very large variety of foods & eggs cooked how you liked. There was a basket of fruit & a basket of vegetables & a large juicer so everyone could make their own fresh juice. All the breakfast food was delicious.

We had a 12 nights holiday in the hotel and everything was great: from location, viewing, service, to all the nice people from the hotel, chefs - great food, waiters - very friendly and attentive and reception/cleaning - attentive and supportive!!!!! This hotel was my second option, as I hadn't found a suitable, pet-friendly hotel in Sangimiano. However, it turned out to be a better choice, as it's quite close to Sangimiano, and the Colle d'Ellas is a good place to dine and walk around in the evening. Additionally, it's less crowded than Sangimiano. The breakfast has vast options and in quality, the swimming pool is situated in the midst of a lush, flower-filled, and fragrant area. Having the parking lot at the hotel is rare to find in the small, old town of Tuscany; parking was stress-free. The staff are excellent; they offered me water for the next journey as well. We also found a mat and a bowl for my pet in the room. This kind of detailed service is what I've only experienced here during our journey in Tuscany. I recommend this place. This hotel is worth the money

Very convenient location, only few minutes outside the highway, the proximity to public transport and big market. Hotel is in a strategic location between Florence, Siena and other small Tuscan towns. Big and clean rooms, good breakfast. Staff extremely professional, kind and attentive (both at reception and at breakfast):-)
