I’d firstly like to start of by saying that the hotel resort is absolutely stunning and is taken care of on a daily basis to a very good standard, whilst walking around one night I saw a pool of vomit on the ground ( courtesy of the unlimited cocktails) and by the time I got up for breakfast the next morning, all traces of it were gone! The cleaning staff and grounds maintenance team were on point! The hotel had a range of different cuisines which was nice and the fact that one food place was open until very late was a great touch for those of us who were hungry after coming out of the onsite nightclub. The staff were mostly really friendly and very approachable, I would get several ‘ good morning’ and ‘good afternoon’ when walking around the hotel, which gave the atmosphere a real sense of home and familiarity. The management team were great, curtious and accommodating, I would especially like to give a shout out to Shanardo Weston, the Guest Service Manager, who went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were heard and promptly addressed. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and how it ran, minor issues arouse but I was extremely satisfied with how professionally they were handled. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

Highly recommended Ocean Eden Bay! Breakfast was great, lunch/dinner. Walking distance to the beach. The pool was clean and huge. The shows they have a great. Staff were friendly and attentive! You get your moneys worth. Can’t wait to go back!

I totally enjoyed my stay at this facility. It's an extremely nice getaway with comfort and style. The furniture inside are all brand new. The bedrooms are spacious and nice with great comfort. It is great value for money and I fully enjoyed my stay.

The location was very private but had beautiful scenery. Full of plants and great weather. Everything you would need was available. The bug spray and zapper wasn’t needed but It was the consideration that put the icing on the cake.

I loved staying here! The house, the pool and the surroundings are magnificent, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to get away from the busy city life and get some rest. Joyce, David and the rest of the staff were very helpful and kind. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Very nice hosts, everything clean, very nice local breakfast and hosts cooked for us in the evenings very tasty food. Not so easy to find. Small road up the hill from main road. No beach access from house. 10 min walk and 10 dollar entrance fees. Other beaches: take the car. Came for kite surfing but it is not offered anymore in Burwood Beach or anywhere else. Sometimes water was not working, but not for long. Hosts were helpful in every situation.

    Everything was good 👍 getting around can be arranged with the host if you don’t have your own vehicle 🚗. You can arrange for food on the property. I do t have young children, but there are beaches nearby. The host can help you get to local attractions.

    I did not get to see much of Falmouth because I was...

    I did not get to see much of Falmouth because I was attending a funeral in Trelawny. I will revisit, and then I can write a better review. The accommodation was lovely, beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. More importantly, the hose was top-tier.

    Falmouth was not appealing to us, but ok for an overnight...

    Falmouth was not appealing to us, but ok for an overnight stay en route to elsewhere. The approach was industrial and/ or commercial. There is a bustling small town which may have been fun to explore had we got time. The main street, Market Street ended in a cruise terminal where the huge ship dominated the view. There was a poor choice of restaurants near our accommodation which was out of town by a mile or so. We ate at Glistening Waters where you could do a night time boat trip, although we did not take this up. The food was just Ok, nothing special.

    The warm welcome received and the pleasant, friendly, helpful for staff set the tone for a special weekend. We had choices of daily activities, nighttime entertainment, places to dine with a wide variety of food and drinks, swimming and lazing options, beautiful photo backgrounds, ….. It was a wonderful experience.

    They don’t have any customers service, we was locked out of...

    They don’t have any customers service, we was locked out of our room for our room for almost and entire day and no one showed any remorse as if they was sorry about . They stole some of my boyfriends clothes an there was no compensation for that. This was an horrible experience and I will never recommend this hotel to no one.

    A more seamless checking process, logging area and seating need better decoration and seating chairs seems worn out. I have to repeatedly reach out to rooms services it took three visits in a day to get juice and snacks for the room....the room phone and system wasn't working for like 8 hours. Faucet had missing pieces and had to call for maintenance, it's like the room was not properly checked and services prior to.

    I had a great experience staying here. The apartment was exactly as described — cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to Falmouth, making it easy to get food and do other activities and attractions. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. I left my charger at the apartment after check out and she got graciously got it to me quickly and seamlessly. Check-in and Check-out were seamless. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

    The breakfast provided various meals, dishes and it was inclusive for vegetarians as well. The design of the hotel is very modern and inclusive as it has virtual reality games, bowling, a showtime event, live band playing and a family lounge so everyone can look forwarding to enjoying themselves while on vacation.
