An absolute perfect stay :) The resort is beyond beautiful, the food simply amazing and delicious, but the highlight of the highlights is everyone working here. From the chef, to the manager, to the people in the restaurant, reception, literally everyone is simply the most hospitable nicest people ever. Waleed went out of his way to help with everything, I just can’t explain the level of his hospitality and kindness is beyond amazing. So happy to stay at the Bedouin House! I came with a group of 7 friends and we had a wonderful time. Shahin was an amazing host and extremely helpful in every regard. We also enjoyed spending time talking with him and learning about his life! We had a delicious dinner/ breakfast and he was able to set us up with a driver to see Petra at night. What a great find, truly memorable.

Love the swimming pool and the room service that deliver the food to our rooms. The facilities are all very clean and new. Also the location of the hotel is just right at the door of the visitor centre so it’s very convenient after a whole day of heavy hiking you’d be so exhausted just to walk any further into the downtown area.

Mr. Sami is a fantastic host. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are good restaurants nearby like Mr Falafel. The breakfast at the hotel was really good. I wholeheartedly recomend this hotel! It also has parking!

We stayed in a private room. It was very comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful. A lot of internationals stay here as well, so you can always make friends. Great location, but you need a strong heart to walk up that hill, after a full day in Petra. Very close to Petra visitor center otherwise.

As an individual, I will rate it very highly. I found out on the spot that the hotel I had booked (Bedouin Camp) was quite far from the Visitor Center, so I searched and made a reservation on the day, focusing on hostels that would provide transportation to the center (as a result, free of charge). In spite of the sudden reservation, the owner picked me up on the day, sent me at 6:30 am the next day, picked me up in the evening of the next day, and delivered me to the Bedouin camp (minimum $10 charge + personal tip). There are shopping centers, supermarkets, and restaurants near the hotel, so you can enjoy meals safely even at night (without carrying large amounts of cash).
