Everything was excellent; I felt at home. The staff—Jawn, Salama, and Faiz—were amazing and went out of their way to help us. My daughter fell ill, and as I’m new to the country, their support was invaluable. They even helped us find a doctor. Mr. Fawaz kept checking in to make sure we were okay and safe. The hotel is truly warm and family-friendly.
