We had a great time and felt very welcomed and comfortable here. The place is very clean and has a beautiful view on the valley, from where you can have the best food - cooked from the family- after a nice day of trekking! A great plus is the presence of the manager Moreno, the sweetest guy, very careful to ur needs and available at all the time. We are already planning our visit back this summer 😊

This is literally the house of waleed’s grandfather in the old village of Dana, which he renovated as a small hotel. The generosity and hospitality and warmth of the family is what makes it so special — I stayed only one night but left with so many wonderful memories. I speak some Arabic, so my particular experience may have been extra special—but I feel like anyone with a heart will feel at home. My day in Dana was honestly the highlight of my time in Jordan—not as flashy as Petra or wadi rum, but absolutely stunning and full of genuine and wonderful people. It is rustic — so if you really need a modern style hotel, this is not your place. But it was cozy and comfortable and warm and wonderful; what more could I hope for?

About four hundred years ago, the present village was built. Over the years, many families in Dana village have moved to the nearby village of Qadissiya in search of better jobs, schools, and housing....

I loved the place, very authentic and you can feel the simplicity in every corner, staff were so friendly and ensuring you have comfortable stay. Common area and dining hall have great view of the village. My friend and I did a private tour and it was amazing and very affordable. witnessed sunset and headed back to the hotel. The food was so delicious. Variety of traditional dishes with ( with vegetarian options too). Room and bathroom were basic but clean. We had a great time. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and friendly host. Nothing was too much trouble. He was flexible with meal times and provided me with an excellent breakfast and evening meal. The location and views over Dana Biosphere Reserve were fantastic. I wanted to have fruit for lunch each day and he provided it every day without fail. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others .

The rooms were in a super cosy and old building, with a great atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful all the way through and so friendly. The dinner was the best we had during our whole trip, certainly worth it! There is also a great lounge area where you can chill and talk to other travelers.

The property is very clean and the service is amazing we couldn’t ask for more, the views from each room is unbelievable. We arrived late they made us dinner, and woke up late and still made us breakfast, better than 5 star hotels

A good location for a stress-free stay in Dana, Al-Nawatef ECO camp- Dana Nature Reserve is a campground surrounded by views of the garden.
