Staying in this place is like fulfilling a dream! We absolutely loved it, our favourite accommodation of our one month trip in Japan. I can not say enough good things about this property, it is a huge space for Japan, it was cozy and warm, it had a smart tv, toys for children, and comfy beds. I was a bit worried about the location when I booked it but the host picked us up, dropped us off, offered to take us to the supermarket and the hot springs and made us a delicious lunch and breakfast so it was not a problem at all. There is also a bus stop right outside.

Very comfortable, modern an clean accommodation. Ideal location if you seek to go to the mountains. What surpassed all my expectations was food - I was treated to a wonderful multiple-course dinner and a fantastic breakfast, everything was delicious. The staff were extremely nice and forthcoming as well. Hats off to the level of service provided!

I stayed as a mid-way point through Nakasendo. I have nothing but praise for this hotel. They picked me up at the station due to extremely heavy rain without me giving them prior notice which was appreciated. I would’ve frozen otherwise… 😂 The room is beautifully traditional but the highlight is definitely the outdoor spa sauna complex. Amazing!
