I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bathhouse was so relaxing, and the public area outside the bath was beautifully designed with great atmosphere. Hotel is located almost next to JR Otaru station, taxi always available in front, no need to book just hop in for journey to ski resorts.
