The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. They were prepared to deal with guests of the world via technology and an open-minded attitude. We did not see the host but he responded really fast at messages and was really nice and helpful (with questions about the house and the area). The house is also really nice with thick matresses which is great when you have a bad back like me.

The house is in a quiet location with excellent kitchen facilities. However, the exact house location is a little hard to find due to many side track/junction. We are lucky to meet a local who advise us the exact location of the house.

Great onsen hotel. The room was nicely refurbished. Private osen can be rented at a very reasonable price. The public osen was beautiful. Meals were absolutely delicious. Exceptional service. Staff were very friendly and professional.
