Very honored to be able to stay in a traditional Japanese home. Quiet and serenity surrounding. You can see the sunrise from the living room. Cleanliness was spotless, digital tv channels were good, kitchen was fully functional. Space was good for big family like ours of 6 pax. Bedroom were all spacious. Very generous with the refreshments. Onsen was traditional and natural. We had a rental car, so amenities was easy and all within 10-20mins drive, including cable car station and Lake Ashi. Our car window was not fully closed and we didn’t realized until there’s actually an estate manager that goes around in case you need something. That’s quite assuring for us.

My partner and I have been staying at Blisstia Hakone regularly, and it has become one of our favorite getaways. Every visit feels like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Loved the location. The service was impeccable. And the food was sublime and delicious. The hotel was a mix of old and new. Fabulous art and furniture. The staff couldn't do enough and suggested that as the firework festival was taking place that evening..we could have dinner earlier and taxi service would be arranged. We especially loved our private onsen overlooking the bay. Can't wait to return. Only an hour from Tokyo!!

the view was amazing, loved the private onsen, the style of the place, the staff were so kind and professional, the DIY herbal tea station was fabulous, the shiatsu massage was great, the shower was amazing, the private/ complimentary shuttle was a lovely touch

Everything was wonderful and we would not hesitate to go back. The room and amenities was great, especially the in-room onsen bath. Every meal was excellent and the staff were on top of things and helpful. It was a wonderful experience.

Everything was beautifully presented, the dinner was definitely a highlight, and the views, quiet surroundings, and absolutely delightful library was top notch. I could have spent many more days reading and soaking in the serenity! The thoughtfulness of the dinner and breakfast, we were provided the story of each dish, made it greatly more enjoyable.

This place was superb! I went at the end of my Japan trip and Hakone and this hotel were the perfect respite from the busy travelling. The room was comfortable, clean, authentic, and had an amazing view of the forest. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and continuously went the extra mile with so many things including local recommendations and dinners. It really added to my time there and made it even more special. The onsen is superb overlooking the forest.
