This place was great. First thing is that you need to read your emails. They will send you a code for the entrance door. It is locked, unless you have the code. You will need to either remember the code number or have internet access to get your code. Then you can go inside to foyer and recieve the rest of your access codes to access your room. We stayed only one night and chose here for location to airport. I wish we stayed longer. The biggest rooms for a family of 4. They had everything you need in the kitchen to cook from home. The locations was so easy to catch trains/ transport to airport. It is not a big town but many restaurants in walking distance. Thee Tiffin, a short walk (Indian cuisine) was delicious plus great service. Loved this place. I wish we had stayed longer. Would stay again. As I said read emails. Save them. Easy as to get into the place.

    Stay in Chitose too.

    Stay in Chitose too. It is really cute and offers plenty of shopping and restaurants. Everybody heads to Sapporo but Chitose has plenty to offer. There is also a huge Outlet Mall. Fantastic! But gets very busy during Japanese Holidays.

    Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two for international connecting flights &/ domestic flights . It is a pleasant little place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city!

    Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back...

    Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

    The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up...

    The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

    It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

    Super convenient location, just 1 mins walk from the train station. Because I have to transit a morning flight, so I picked the nearest hotel with reasonable price. Chitose is closed to airport, 7 minutes by train and taxi to airport only cost around ¥1500 -2000. The hotel is clean, the size is good enough, the windows can be opened (that I like much). There are many restaurants around, walking around 10 mins. The breakfast is basic and ok...not to expect too much with this price.

    One of our 'go to' hotels when needing to stay near Chitose airport. Parking right out front. Great shuttle service. Lovely little (womens) onsen on the ground floor, which is a nice bonus. Rooms are small but with comfy beds and soundproof. Walking distance to several good restaurants and fast food (and a mall).

    A great hotel for staying at before flying home. Friendly helpful staff on the front desk, and it was a huge bonus to have the lovely driver on the airport shuttle bus take care of my bike box so well :-) he even went to fetch me a trolley at the airport when we arrived - so kind!

    Good karrage place across the street and a 7-11 next door. Easy walk to Chitose station for access to the airport. I liked that there was a shower in the room and in the hall, helping alleviate crowding and preventing noise in the room.
