This wonderful little house is full of traditional Japanese character and such good value for money if you are travelling on a budget. The owner is very friendly and informative. The location is fabulous opposite the picturesque railway station with a restaurant and shop nearby. A well stocked self catering kitchen allows for cooking your own food and we slept very well. A great experience!

The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, everything is very tasty, many dishes of Japanese cuisine. The staff is friendly and tries to help at all. Additional advantages - a public bath in the evenings and free evening ramen. If we find ourselves in Fukui again - we will stay in the same hotel again.

The hotel was located very close to the station. We arrived prior to the check in time but we were able to leave our luggage at reception. The hotel room had a retro vibe. It was a larger room which was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was included, making this stay very good value. The breakfast staff were an extremely efficient team offering tasty food.
