    We were able to take great pictures of Mt Fuji from our window. The onsen and buffet was great. The price was affordable for a group of 8 with free breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and Yukata was included. Highly recommended

    Everything about Fujikawaguchiko is just perfect.

    Everything about Fujikawaguchiko is just perfect. Nice town, beautiful view of Mt Fuji. For an outdoor enthusiast, this town is perfect. It got mountains, nice enough for day hike. it got caves, lakes, old tunnel turn into a museum, ropeway, halal restaurant. I just love Fujikawaguchiko and its beauty.

    The place was amazing.

    The place was amazing. The people of Fujikawaguchiko were friendly and helpful. The landscape and nature was beautiful. From biking around the lake, walking to the waterfall and hiking on the trails it was wonderful. Although tourists ourselves, I wish those visiting would be better examples to the countries they represent.

    This place is awesome, i had a wonderful hiking to Mt. Fuji.

    This place is awesome, i had a wonderful hiking to Mt. Fuji. It's a worth experience in my life. The other places like Oshino Hakai village, Chureito Pagoda are beautiful. The guesthouse is in a good location, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will recommend to my friends to visit this place if they visit Japan.

    Great city but only for a couple of days.

    Great city but only for a couple of days. The lake was very nice. A lot of people go for hiking to the fuji mountain but we didn't. There is not a lot to do in the city if you don't plan any activities but still the view of the mountain was worth it. Have in mind that the mountain wasn't visible for the first 2 days we only saw it the last day before leaving as it was very cloudy and we were told that the mountain is only visible about 90 days of the year so have that in mind.

    Ropeway and boat trip was good.

    Ropeway and boat trip was good. We hired bikes from Jays as they shut later than the others and went to the Chureito Pagoda, Fujisan World Heritage Center, and then cycled round the lake stopping at Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum, Oishi Park and Yamanashi Gem Museum.

    Fantastic location to view Fuji as you wake/sleep above the lake. Stayed in the Japanese style room with futon and tatami mat, really spacious and a good sleep. Hotel has a private rooftop bath for couples as well as public gendered onsen. Dined the shabu shabu course, food was great and staff were all super attentive. Free drinks in the morning on departure, easy parking - with staff on hand to rearrange your car for space.

    Experiencing a typical Japanese ryokan and onsen. Dinner and breakfast were superb. So much food and so well presented. Staff were ever so helpful and accommodating for our children and the views of Mount Fuji were amazing. We could see it from our room, from the Ibsen and also got great photos just a couple of minutes walk from our hotel. The free shuttle bus from and to the hotel was great too.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the Fuji View hotel! We stayed in a traditional room which was a fun experience. The view was incredible, like looking at a painting outside of our window! Staff were lovely and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. Shuttle bus from Kawaguchigo station was very handy. My husband enjoyed the onsen facilities.

    The location was fantastic, although Mt Fuji took time to show. The rooms were roomy and comfortable with everything we needed, and we were happy to walk everywhere. The hotel was very happy to accomodate our request for an extra night. There were some places to eat nearby too.

    The location of this hotel is great and it is a short drive from Fujikawaguchiko station. The breakfast at this hotel is wonderful, and the view from the restaurant was the highlight. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful.
