The staff was very helpful. I had issues with my luggage which caused multiple problems, the staff accommodated my special asks related to this and helped me out where they could. Breakfast was great. My room was clean and everything I needed.

Really well priced. You can get a ticket for one free onsen visit. It was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever seen in Japan.
