Absolutely everything was perfect. The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Whether that be helping with organization and logistics, helping with travel drops, huge efforts to provide the best service: genuine smiles and conversations and sincere interest in you as visitors to their home. It truly felt like home—clean, fresh-smelling, with beautifully handmade breakfast, and most importantly, the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They thoughtfully prepared a personalized map for each guest, highlighting nearby attractions and restaurants, complete with QR codes that link directly to Google Maps for easy navigation. Every time I came and went, they greeted me warmly, always ready with helpful advice and a genuine interest in hearing about my day. I only stayed for two days, but somehow, returning to the hotel to share my experiences with the hosts became one of the most memorable parts of my trip.

Great staff and location! Close to Kitanomine base. Facilities are new and clean. Good quality amenities, free use of washer and dryer (though sometimes you have to wait cause a lot of people use). they have a ski shuttle with set times but we didn’t use it since we had little kids and a rental car. great value!

Friendly staff, good location, comfortable. They treat you like family. Good breakfast plus nice onset on site to soothe tired muscles. They even loaned me a bike to get to from The trailheads as I was not able to rent a car without an international drivers licence
