The team managing this property is very responsive and helpful. We were in Aomori during the Nebuta Festival and we appreciated that they offered tickets for getting great seats for the festival and we had a wonderful time!

I came to Tohoku for a tour of the ski resorts with my brother. We met up in Aomori and stayed at the ReLabo before heading off to Aomori Spring. We were made very welcome. The hotel is remarkably convenient and clean. The staff are super friendly. Special thanks to our concierge Alicia, who found a solution to all our problems, even those we had created (for example, warning us that we had forgotten a telephone in a restaurant in town).

This place was amazing. The rooms are very small however stocked with anything you might need. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel had a special going while we were there, which was free drinks and nibble type food every evening from 4pm till 8pm. Very generous. Breakfast is buffet style with loads to choose from. Great location, close to railway and lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place.
