The team managing this property is very responsive and helpful. We were in Aomori during the Nebuta Festival and we appreciated that they offered tickets for getting great seats for the festival and we had a wonderful time!

Incredible hotel, over the train station but totally quiet. Fabulous room and facilities. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Can't recommend highly enough.

Amazing hot spring and massage chairs, and the nebuta art was really nice. We only stayed for one night while passing through, but I would gladly stay here again!
