Staff - Friendly and attentive. There was a lovely lady who remembers us and would check in on us on our stay and breakfast choice. Location - Pretty convenient. Lots of malls nearby so food and shopping are easily accessible. Room - Super spacious. The standout is definitely the bathtub - the best ever had!! Interior wise, you can tell this building has been around for a while, which depending on your taste see it as dated or grand. We see it as a plus because we don't see this sort of interior much, and it's a nice change!

Location is good, very close to lots of publics transports and easy to move from - to the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. Even if the place is quite noisy, inside it was ok to sleep. Breakfast typical japanese style with some western options, but as you are in Japan, you have to eat their delicious food! 100% recommended

Wonderful location close to the subway and China town. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast is served in the restaurant annex the lobby. There is a lot of choice with toast, rice... You can pick your favourite Japanese or western breakfast items. Baggage can be stored by the staff. Rooms are spacious. The Google Chromecast is a real plus! You can easily stream your favourite shows right from your smartphone. There are also washing machines on the 12th floor.

The hotel location is definitely the best location ever, you can connect to every train services in Kobe. Also the spectacular view of the hotel that you can see both the mountain view and seaview. As I visited there during autunm season, during breakfast time you can also choose which side you want to enjoy during meal time, it's worth the money to stay there.

it was my first stay in an onsen hotel and honestly, i was blown away by the quality of the facilities. for the two nights i stayed there, i went at least four times. the sauna is amazing and the baths are absolutely lovely. everything is well equipped, attractive and clean. it's super convenient to do washing here too, and i really enjoyed being able to use the massage chairs. i received a free drink ticket upon checking in and there were free ice blocks available for most of the day (among other things), which i enjoyed on the first night. the staff i dealt with were all exceptional too, they were always polite and helpful. i definitely felt at home at dormy inn. it was an extremely comfortable stay!
