Seemed to be newly renovated a month ago, facilities are in very good condition, the sharing space is decent as well (they provided free ice cream!). By far my best stay in Japan. Good quality appliances and huge apartment. The host was extremely quick and pleasant. The view is amazing. And it is a great non tourist starting point to the art islands around.

This small 4 room hotel was fabulous! there's Cafe Kitsune right next door, and few steps away is Korakuen Garden and a boardwalk alongside a beautiful river. We stayed on the 3rd floor in a room with a big balcony and our son loved it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the person who had not made the booking arrived first and they let him check in, and I had booked the wrong dates but they sorted it out right away. Very close to Okayama Station, fanatic indoor and outdoor onsen baths, sauna and cold pool on top floor with free ice cream, free noodles in the evening, decent size room, convenient coin laundry area. Kept our cases after we checked out until the evening. Quiet, good mattress, would definitely stay again.
