We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were kind and very helpful, the rooms were so new, clean and tidy. The breakfasts were great and we appreciate that they were included. Having the train station nearby was excellent too. We are very pleased! Thank you very much!

The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful made checking in a great experience.. it’s 5 minutes walk from chiba new town station.. only 30 minutes directly from terminal 2 at Narita The hotel is very close to supermarket and the mall with many fast food outlets and shops within easy walking distance

The staff is mostly pretty friendly. No one there speaks English but they were very patient as we communicated through translation apps. The room was nice enough and comfortable, but it could have been a little cleaner. For what you pay you get a lot of space and amenities as compared too what you would pay closer to the center of Tokyo. I would consider staying there again if I am prepared for the location issues.

Clean and comfortable for a family of 3 for a four night stay in Ryugasaki. Great communication from hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Suzuki-san was so friendly and chill :) We spent a great christmas eve at this house and could cook a whole christmas dinner in the kitchen, so it was great. Also the supermarket nearby is super convenient and big :)

The location was excellent to walk the beautiful and quiet streets of Narita. It is just a few minutes walk to the shrine and park. The room was beautiful stylish Japanese calm. Quiet and clean. All amenities provided. The breakfast was the best I had in our Japanese stays. It cost us 4,000 yen taxi to the airport in busy traffic, which I would recommend rather than the full train to Narita from Narita International and the 15 minute walk from the station.
