    We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

    We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

    This is a quiet town just off Kansai.

    This is a quiet town just off Kansai. We stayed here a few days before, and a few days after Okinawa. Malls and restaurants are very close, but the overall city is not as busy as Osaka metro, making it a more peaceful stop along the way.

    We had a comfortable stay, and the room was very clean.

    We had a comfortable stay, and the room was very clean. We appreciated the buffet breakfast and access to the onsen. My daughter especially loved the manga book wall in the quiet space next to the cafe and onsen. Clearer instructions for English speakers on the type of booking, eg. whether we got a Netflix password from the hotel, whether we had access to the robes, etiquette for first-time onsen users, would have been great, etc. The hotel was a short walk to the Rinku Town train station, which was very handy. Thank you!

    Perfect for a last day before your flight back home.

    Perfect for a last day before your flight back home. Big designer outlet and smaller ‘mall: with eateries and more everyday shops. All sited next to a beautiful, pebbly beach. Very relaxing last day in Japan. Very easy to get to by train.

    Loved the area.

    Loved the area. I would say is a little on the outskirts side of Osaka, however Rinku is just 1 train stop away and you still can walk around and soak in the beautiful and calming atmosphere of the authentic Japan neighbourhood! Food options I would say are a little limited, but then again, I do not think you should visit Izumi-Sano for the food, but for the environment and accommodation! Having a car would be very convenient too, as you can drive up to the city where Umeda and Dotonbori are located! Overall, Izumisano is a great place to stay and view in Japan!

    Arrived the property at 630pm and there was no staff available until was told that the staff would arrive at 8pm to inform about dinner options, as such I had to cancel my stay. I've written in to the hotel for refund but the hotel mentioned that I was a no show despite recording on their CCTV that I was at their premise, they claim as such that I'm not entitled for a refund, that's bad hospitality, a first in Japan which I was shocked

    It is very close to terminal 1, check in process was seamless. They provide towels, pijamas and toiletries. They also give you a lock for your suitcase for safety. The capsule itself is not very big but it is comfy, clean and honestly does not get as hot as other capsule hotels, so overall a great experience. Check out is at 10 am, but you can leave your luggage there free of charge until 4pm.

    Perfect position if you have to take an early flight from Kansai Airport. Direct access from the Train Station to the Hotel is a great plus, however the free shuttle service is very useful (we arrived the evening before our flight by train and left early in the morning with the shuttle bus) Our room was very confortable and quite big for Japanese Standards.
