The hotel is exceptionally clean and managed by professional and attentive staff. The room was just as clean with the best air-conditioner in any hotel. This was the first time staying in a smoking room but, surprisingly, the smell was barely noticeable, suggesting good ventilation and care by the staff.

This hotel is in an excellent location just a street away from shopping districts with a lot of local goods and even more great food. Accessibility-wise, though quite the distance from the central station, the proximity to a bus stop, and the prevalence of bus route in this city make this a non-issue. For facilities, the place has a very impressive bath that even comes with a sauna. Everything was clean, room was comfortable, you get what you need here.

Great location and very welcoming staff! They went out of their way to make sure that the wire cables of my phone, which I accidentally returned together with the adaptor I borrowed from the receptionist upon check in, will be mailed to me in Osaka. I appreciate the kindness of the lady I spoke on the phone to arrange the sending of my stuff. Kudos to your Team!
