I stayed four nights in Kawagoe due to family working and...
I stayed four nights in Kawagoe due to family working and living there. With that said, I am glad I did so because it is a nice town with lots of things to see and do. I am a walker and runner and getting around town was safe both night and day. There is shopping and great restaurants. Old Kawagoe is about a 20-30 minute walk from the hotel and well worth spending at least an entire day there. The hotel is located at the Kawagoe Train Station with nearly continuous trains back and forth to Tokyo (about 45 to 60 minutes each way).Guest review byRobertUnited States - 10.0

the cars are allowed to pass through the most important traditional tourist area. It is disturbing for the tourists to walk and enjoy freely in that Kurazukuri area. No peace for easy promenade in that ares for the tourists and visitors. Cars have to be permitted to be there.Guest review byToshioJapan
