The staff was very lovely. Really enjoyed the ofuro, all the manga around the hotel and the breakfast. All my needs were met and it was a wonderful experience as a foreign tourist.

The staff is very kind and able to help in English if you need it! All of their check-in/out services can be done in English and Korean as well via a tablet. You get a free snack. The property is very clean. You don't have to worry about disturbing your neighbors as much compared to rooms that share the same walls. It's a great hotel!

Free drink, staff is cooperative, nice view, nice relax music, very relaxing with the massages chairs as well, there is plenty of space to read and eat for exemple or just stay and talk during the day. The breakfast has a lot to offer, the best we had so far. They even have a special place to eat with vending machines containing enough stuff to eat if you don't want to come out of the hotel.

Excellent value for money! Breakfast was pretty decent, and the hotel is right by a konbini.

Clean, fairly spacious room, convenient dehumidifier in room, polite staff. Location was great too, next to Omoi River which is very pretty with cherry blossoms along each side of it. There's also an excellent yakiniku across the road!
