Very helpful and lovely staff, they go above and beyond for their guests. Really impressed by the quality of service. The premises takes you back to the Edo period with the beautiful and well looked after building.

Location was great for visiting the temples. Room was lovely and comfortable amd was nice to have a shared area too. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and very tasty. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

It is a great hotel for the pilgrimage stay. We stay there for 2 nights, and visit the temples 71, 72, 73, 74 and 75. There are two supermarkets nearby very convenient for us. They offer a good breakfast too. Thank you for everything!

I had the spa all to myself. That's all I need to say. It is an old building, very clean and comfortable. It is next to the river and right in town. The location was fantastic.

Amazing value for money! The location is great, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms are big and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back. The walk / steps up the temple are also definitely worth it 😁
