Getting away from it all – perfect place to relax, great views, ample buffet, really helpful and friendly staff, even though only one person could speak conversational English, everyone was accommodating and helpful using apps.

An amazing location with amazing views. There is a games room where you can relax from a day of exploring the Mt Fuji area!! The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. A special thank you to the woman that looked after the games room as she was great as a conversation partner and told me about many things to see in the area!!

It was perfect. Beautiful breakfast and dinner and I mean it was BEAUTIFUL. Lake Shoji is very quiet and tranquil compared to Lake Kawaguchi. The rooms offer unobstructed view of Mt Fuji.

Apart from the noise from the tatami room aircon unit everything else was perfect. I particularly liked the washing machine that one can choose temperature. The majority of washing machines here in Japan do not have that option.
