We needed emergency accommodation after our flight was cancelled at boarding. It was about a 30 min taxi from Narita International Airport. We were greeted by a young man close to midnight who welcomed us and got us settled. The home is a beautiful traditional residence, located in the countryside, with basic necessities provided. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to explore the area as we had to return to catch a rescheduled flight the next morning, but a wonderful experience. Personal transportation would be beneficial for longer stays.

It was near the airport. They have free shuttle rides starting 4:50 am. Breakfast is at 6:30 am. (Note that the airport counters open around 7am, so time your departure well to not end up being way too early for nothing.) They are eco-conscious and recommend bringing in your own toothbrush, etc. But, they do provide some at the lobby. They also ask you to put the combs and toothbrushes in their specified recycle box.

I love everything about the hotel except for the size of the room. The room was immaculately clean. They have fabric freshener handy to use. Check-in was so easy and fast. The hotel staff were very polite. They have so many free shuttle buses that ran every 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel and back. The bus drivers and attendants were very helpful, polite and time-conscious. The bus was never late in arriving and departing. We arrived at the airport then took the shuttle bus. It was very easy to find. The breakfast was superb, there was a lot of variety or selections and they all taste so good. The dining area was massive. I love that it was so spacious so that even if there was a lot of hotel guests, the place is still not crowded. The breakfast staff were excellent, very polite and helpful and efficient. The amenities were excellent, special mention is the sanitizing closets for pyjamas. Hotel rates are great value for money. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were very clean and good quality 👌

Situated a 10-minute drive from Narita Airport, Marroad International Hotel Narita offers free airport shuttles. The airport and air crafts can be viewed from some rooms and top-floor restaurants.

I'm not sure why there's so much hate around the hotels near Narita but Marroad really exceeded my expectations! The hotel was really spacious, the shuttle service was really convenient and best of all, the staff were really helpful! I left an item behind in another hotel and they went out of their way to help me contact the hotel and make arrangements to help me retrieve my item. Really value for money and would totally recommend!

Airport view - a bit far but you can see it. Fancy hotel with restaurant and nice rooms. Free airport shuttle between center, nearby shopping Mall and hotel. I booked early and got very good price.

The size of the rooms , the restaurants were excellent. Customer service excellent and they even had a Lawson and a souvenir store inside.
