The location was great, very close to Omiya Station with a shopping centre and trains 30 minutes to downtown Tokyo. This was also the perfect place to stay, should one wish to attend the Traditional Latin Mass at the Omiya Chapel of SSPX. There were tons of good restaurants and convenience stores around, and the room was both clean and spacious, with a kitchen and a dinning area. The ceiling lamp had a built-in projector, which could function as a TV as well.

The hotel is just beside the train station. This place is quieter than Omiya. Good for rest and recharge, yet there’s still shopping nearby with many options for food as well. And if you need whole day shopping, Omiya is 1 stop away!

It was very clean and comfortable, a very convenient location right near the train station and convenient store, and a quiet area. But most of all the staff were very helpful and friendly!

A lot of amenities provided; body cream, face mask, vitamin c serum, pillows etc and on site Onsen even though we didn’t use it and pretty close from Omiya station.

Location is great, about a 7-minute walk from train station - when taking west exit from station, walk along the skywalk (1 level up), through Sogo Dept Store, then down onto street level, you'll see the hotel. Plenty of amenities, restaurants around. New, great staff, comfortable, clean, spacious (especially the bathroom).

For the price of the stay, Toyoko Inn was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was pretty good too, a station or approx 15 mins walk from the main Omiya station, and just right beside the Saitama station that will bring you back to Tokyo. Came for a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and the hotel is right in front of the arena. Breakfast service was not a wide spread, but was delicious with good variety daily. Will definitely look for Toyoko Inn again next time I’m back in Japan.
