The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was very large with comfortable futon mattresses. We had a separate area with a table and tatami mats and cushions which we used for eating snacks and relaxing. The community bath was exquisite - clean, several separate baths, and a large gorgeous mosaic made the area very calming and luxurious. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sakura Hotel. Our room was spacious with sea views, very well equipped and a comfortable bed. Ideally located close to train station, ferry and cycle hire for the Shimanami Kaido. Staff were pleasant and helpful and a really good breakfast also.
