Location is ideal - next to city centre, but quiet. Hotel employees are very polite and helpful. Washing machines for 700 yen are available. Also, there is a microwave in the lobby. Good coffee and tea 24h.

Definitely a wonderful place to stay. We happen to have to leave two days early and they kindly allow us to check out early without any additional charge. They also have wonderful interior design, comfortable bed and bath. Staff speak fluent English.

Didn't expect that there would be coffee, tea, juice, wine and pastries at the lobby so it made waiting very comfortable. We were able to check in even if it was just 30 mins earlier. Pajamas were a nice touch.

It's close to the main shopping street. The staff is very friendly and always tried to help when we walked by the reception. There is a small chill out area at the lobby and also a hangout room next to the lobby. Surprisingly there's also a gym!

This is my favourite hotel in this trip. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room size is not very big but well organize and I can put my luggages under the bed. Bed was so comfy and I like the interior of the room that gave me cozy vibes. This hotel also have a thai restaurant, the taste is authentic like in Thailand! It’s not in the centre but I like how peaceful and quiet of it was. Feel like I can really relax on my holiday.
