It was a perfect hotel in every way. The room was spacious enough, and it had a bathtub. The staff were incredibly helpful. The walk from the tram station was much closer than I expected, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops right next door. It’s an excellent choice for staying in the city center. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Kumamoto. Highly recommended!

Family room with 4 huge bunk beds was a pleasant surprise ! Spacious living room, too. Toilet and bath / tub are separate . Room has washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, kettle, and frying pan . No plates, Silver ware. There are plastic cups .

Location is perfect. Central next to streetcar which is connected with the train station. Close to the bus terminal. And in good neighbourhood for restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged reservations for us that could only be done in Japanese.
