It was an very modern an luxury stay with an amazing location, just a 5min taxi ride from the train station. The rooms, and the modern large shared baths were amazing to relax in after a long flight in. The traditional breakfast was the best one we had in all our stay in Japan and highly recommend splurging a bit to unwind after the long flight into Japans and all the custom and train ticket lines.

It was very quiet and comfortable. I was a bit surprised at the automatic check in and check out but staff were there to help with the process. The convenience store in the lobby had pre made meals and was good value. It even had an ATM machine.

The room was extremely spacious for the pricing and the wifi was readily available and strong. The staff were quick to accommodate changes in the initial booking and were quick to pick up on my own level of Japanese to make the trip easier. The location is 3 mins away from the station and nearby a few convenience stores and restaurants.

We only stayed the one night in between arriving and catching the snow shuttle the next morning. The check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, plus quite spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The shuttle to and from the hotel is excellent and was a huge factor in me choosing this hotel.

    Don’t stay at an airport hotel unless you have an early am flight. Hotels are too far from amenities. Train service in Japan is so good that you can stay an extra day in Tokyo and other areas close to Tokyo and get to airport if your flight is later

    The information staff at the airport were most helpful and gracious. I was looking for the usual I for information but found that it was a ? Question mark. I did work it out though. As we only stayed overnight there was no time for sightseeing in Narita.

    It’s very handy to the airport, cheap and in this case you get what you pay for upgrade yourself especially if you are in need of a good night sleep and a morning cuppa. We were there for one night only to get some rest before flying home, I wish we had of skipped it.

    I had a marvelous meal at the Japanese Food Hall. Yes, it was very easy to get about the Airport shops. It was an exciting experience as I had over six hours spare before my flight. I had a beautiful Tea at Kanno Coffee.

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan.

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan. You can experience a little bit of the old Japan in the town of Narita station as well as the big shopping malls. Besides, you also experience the rice fields' green and sounds of frogs in the late spring, of course, you can enjoy cherry blossoms in the beginning of April, with getting green bamboo trees. I prefer to arrive in Japan at Narita than other Japanese international aiports.

    The shuttle bus is incredibly convenient both to get there and get to the airport. Having a mini convenience store in the hotel is also a great idea and very convenient! I tried out the gym in the morning and it wasn't very crowded and has your standard machines; it's definitely enough for a hotel gym. For those with early flights I would highly reccomend the hotel to avoid the Tokyo-Narita journey in the mornings.

    The location was so convenient. I spent one night here before heading to Tokyo and it was truly the best way to start my trip. My flight to Narita airport landed in the evening so I was able to rest and recharge before attempting to take my first train in Japan. The hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport so the journey there is simple and quick.

    Very good location near Tokyo Narita Intl, easy to reach from Tokyo Station and easy to get to the airport for earlier flights with the shuttle organized by the hotel. Very practical check-in and check-out, good and abundant (Japanese) breakfast. I would highly recommend the hotel and would certainly book again when flying to or from Tokyo Narita Intl.

    We love this hotel and stay there whenever we need to fly early from Narita. Room is super clean, relaxing and bigger than other airport hotels. Staff are always nice. I also love their shuttle bus service which takes us the nearest shopping centre as well as the airport!
