The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel really pays attention to all the small details, dyson hair dryer, super comfy bed, adjustable lights, 4K TV, tea pots and etc. The staff Megumi helped us to contact different places to find the lost items in very quick respond. The hotel was conveniently located and was easy to access both Narita JR station and Narita Keisei station. I can walk to many stores and shops. Lots of great restaurants such as Eddoko Sushi, Soba-ya, Yakitori-ya, Antiques, McDOnalds and Chinese food. Lawsons was across the street and next door! Very convenient. Room was nice clean and has a great shower. Staff is always helpful.
